No shortcuts—just hard work, service, and making space for others.

Working the fields with father, early 2000s.

Pedro Gomez is a Seattle based consultant and economic development professional focused on strengthening institutions, expanding economic opportunity, and supporting community centered growth. Shaped by lived experience and public service, his work advances policy, practice, and on the ground impact.

Over the past decade, Pedro has worked across government, nonprofit, and advisory roles, contributing to initiatives that support small businesses and advance equitable economic development. In 2024, he was recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree for his leadership and community impact.

MY WORK

  • Helping organizations grow with intention—clarifying strategy, building partnerships, and turning vision into sustainable operations.

  • Guiding organizations through public systems and relationships to advance priorities and move work forward with credibility and trust.

  • Working with leaders to define direction, make hard decisions, and align people and resources around what matters most.

  • Helping everyday leaders and community builders turn lived experience into clear, compelling stories that preserve voice and legacy.

I work with leaders, organizations, and communities to grow businesses, navigate public systems, offer clear strategic guidance, and help everyday heroes tell their stories with honesty and intention.
